This website, anapoly.co.uk, belongs to Anapoly Limited of Plymouth.

What this site collects

The main site collects personal data in one place only: the contact form, which asks for your name, a preferred name, the first three characters of your postcode, your email address, your own assessment of your IT and AI literacy, and a message. A submission is sent to us by email and is not stored on the website. We use it to reply to you and for no other purpose.

The main site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no user accounts. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those font files from Google when a page loads; that request carries your IP address, as any web request does.

The Notebook

The Notebook at anapoly.co.uk/labs runs on WordPress. If you leave a comment there, the comment form collects the data shown in it, together with your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection, and a cookie may be offered to save your details for next time. Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely so that follow-up comments can be recognised and approved automatically.

Who we share your data with

We disclose personal information only to people employed by or affiliated to Anapoly Limited who need it to handle your enquiry. We will not rent or sell it to anyone, and we disclose it otherwise only when required by law, when you give permission, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Anapoly Limited, third parties or the public at large.

How long we keep it

Email from the contact form is kept as ordinary correspondence for as long as it stays relevant to your enquiry or our work together.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, or ask us to erase it. Use the contact form or write to us by email.
